1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime via account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused periods.
By Platform
We reserve the right to suspend services in case of terms violation or fraudulent activity.
2. Refund Policy
General Rule: All payments made are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
Eligible for Refund
Duplicate payments due to technical errors. Course/Batch cancellation by Hashtag Education.
Non-Refundable Cases
Change of mind after purchase. Partial usage of content. User's internet/device issues.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank.
4. How to Request
To request a cancellation or refund, please send an email with your Registered Name, Transaction ID, and Reason.
